Property	Resort comprises three main buildings hosting seven apartments of varying sizes and Villa Lionella that can accommodate up to 12 people.
View	Typical Tuscan property nestling amongst the hills and vineyards.
Outdoors	Tennis court, park with many trails, swimming pool for adults and saltwater pool for children, playground for children. The Villa is set in a 2 hectare park with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, biliards and games room for a true Tuscan experience.
Amusement	Tuscany has always been a real paradise for golfers: the nearby Castelfalfi Golf Club has an 18-hole Mountain Course and a 9-hole Lake Course. The most authentic sights, sounds and smells of the Chianti region can be discovered on horseback. The area is also ideal for cycling enthusiasts of all levels. Upon request we can arrange bike rentals, itineraries and guided excursions.
Food, restaurant, bar	Kitchens completely refurbished with four-ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kitchenware and all the necessary equipment such as pots, pans, plates, glasses and kitchen linen. Breakfast can be ordered and served directly in the apartment, terrace or private garden (ordered or prepared by your own personal chef). Area with BBQ for use by guests.
Internet & media	Free WIFI throughout the entire property. LCD satellite TV in each apartment.
Parking	Free parking available on the grounds.
Amenities	Access to laundry facilities with 2 washing machines and iron. Mosquito screens on windows. Guest towels supplied. Bottled water. Safe.
Other services	A few steps away from our pool, there is our small lounge Al 47 Food & Wine. A splendid "window" on the countryside, on the woods, vineyards and olive groves that frame aperitifs at sunset or candlelit dinners.
