Check-in June-August / Check-in from 16.00 to 19.00.
September-May / Check-in from 10.00 to 12.00 mornings only (please check with the reception beforehand)
.Check-out Checkout before 10:00. Children and additional beds Children under 2 pay 5 euro per night for a cot/crib (upon request). Older children or adults pay 10 euro per night. Maximum number of extra beds/cots is 1. Costs are not included in overall price and must be paid separately. Pets Small pets are not allowed inside the Residence during the months of July and August. For the other months of the year, a charge of 10€/day per pet is applied. Accepted cards VISA, VISA Elektron, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, BANCOMAT.Cheques are not accepted.
It is possible to pay by bank transfer, but the reservation will be accepted only if done by the latest 48 hours before the check-in date. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, we recommend that you make the transfer at least 7 days before your arrival.
In case of absence of the credit at the time of check-in, we reserve the right to make a pre-authorisation of the same amount on your credit card as a guarantee.Taxes The tourist tax (applicable from 01.04 until 31.10) amounts to €1.50 a day per person. Children under 12 years are exempt. Cancellation policy The customer pays 30% of the total cost immediately upon booking and the balance before arrival by credit card depending on the cancellation policy of 7 or 14 days.
We will not return the deposit, but we invite customers to reuse it during the current year.Important to note! Swimming pool is open from 15 April 2024 from 09.00 to 19.00. Swimming hat is compulsory.l Property information
