Check-in	Check-in is from 16:00 to 19.00. In case of delay, please advise the Reception in advance before 19.00 in order to make the necessary arrangements to access the apartment.
Check-out	Before 10.00 on the day of departure. Any exceptions, if possible to grant, must be arranged with the Reception.
Additional charges	Extras: bath linen €5 per person; bed linen €5 per person. Extra cleaning: € 18/hour.
Children and additional beds	Cot or extra bed at €20 per week.
Pets	Small/medium-sized and well-behaved pets are allowed, subject to agreement of management. Dogs must be on a leash in public areas. A deposit of €50 is required and any damages will be charged. Cleaning cost: €20.
Accepted cards	Mastercard, Visa, Maestro
Taxes	Tourist tax of 1.50€/day (children under 12 exempt).
Cancellation policy
Important to note!	Some steep stairs to climb - could cause discomfort for some.

Property	The comfortable and spacious holiday apartments are situated within a cloister dating from 1200 providing an unique atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday.
View	Terraces overlook the historical centre of Suvereto and provide breathtaking views of the wonderful Tuscan hills and the sea in the far distance. Below there is a private garden in which you can unwind.
Outdoors	Within the medieval village, there are lots of little streets to explore and some very good restaurants!
Food, restaurant, bar	All apartments are air-conditioned and are equipped with an electric hob, microwave, electric kettle, fridge and dishwasher.
Internet & media	Every apartment is equipped with satellite TV and free WIFI.
Parking	Cars must be left outside of the village in the parking lot of the cemetery. You can only enter the village to unload and load your car.
Amenities	Cleaning: Weekly included in the rate. Linen: Bed linen with weekly change and towels with mid-week change included in the rate.
Spoken languages	Italian, English and Spanish.
