 A smaller living room on the third floor is a quiet space to watch TV or read a book. Both the main living room and the smaller one have a fireplace.

“Il Poderino”, of about 300 sq/mt (3200 sq/ft), it is the estate’s most recent restoration, where we tried to condense all of the experiences, lessons and tips we have accumulated over the years.
It is a scenically located, with breath taking views all around. It is an independent house with swimming pool (open from June to September) about 1 km from the hamlet, accessible via a private road that offers complete privacy. The two floors, built on the hill’s slope, both have direct access to the garden.
The lower floor has a large living room with fireplace and a reading area and two double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Both rooms have French doors that open out onto the garden.
The upper floor features a large eat-in kitchen with a separate laundry and utility room, a large dining room with fireplace and two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

Casa del Neri (250 m2, 2700 sq. ft), in the hamlet of Camporsevoli, has an exclusive outdoor area, furnished with deckchairs and tables in the shade of a large linden tree, perfect for relaxing, and a large wooden table for outdoor dining.
There are four comfortable bedrooms, two on each floor each with its own bathroom, which can sleep up to eight... Casa del Neri (250 m2, 2700 sq. ft), in the hamlet of Camporsevoli, has an exclusive outdoor area, furnished with deckchairs and tables in the shade of a large linden tree, perfect for relaxing, and a large wooden table for outdoor dining.
There are four comfortable bedrooms, two on each floor each with its own bathroom, which can sleep up to eight people. The kitchen and dining room are located on the first floor, while the living room is located downstairs, open to the outdoor space.
Both the dining room and the living room have a fireplace.
The pool at La Rotonda, open from june to september, shared with the other houses in the hamlet (Canonica, Casa del Fattore and Attico) is just a few minutes’ walk, at the end of a splendid cypress lined path, which makes it extremely quiet and if you have children, far from any danger. Just below the pool, there is a pool house completed with a bathroom and spacious changing room – where you can leave bathing suits and towels.
