Important to note!	Our lodgings are not equipped with AC units and tv. An initial supply of toilet paper, kitchen paper and dishwashing detergent is provided. As there is no daily cleaning service, guests are required to provide for the rest of their stay. A laundry service is available at an extra cost. A waste collection service is not available on-site. Guests can deposit their rubbish in the bins located on Via Aurelia 300 metres after exiting the estate.

Property	The apartments and rooms are located in the principal Casale Provincaccia, which also includes the manor house and the business activities of Tenuta Grazia.
Outdoors	Picnic area with outdoor furniture. Outdoor dining area. Garden.
Amusement	Our bicycles are available to guests free of charge. They are also equipped with seats for children up to 25 kg in weight. Bicycle helmets are not provided.
Food, restaurant, bar	Breakfast: 8.00 - 9.30 (different times must be agreed upon booking). Dinner: 20.00 - 21.15. The apartments are furnished with a fully-equipped kitchenette.
